The terms for reading, citing and reusing HostIdea's reviews and data: what the content is, what we promise and do not, and how our data may be reused with attribution.

HostIdea is published by DM Research Labs, LLC. By reading the site you agree to these terms, which are short because the site is simple: we publish reviews and data, and you decide what to do with them.

## What the content is

Reviews, rankings, comparisons and articles on HostIdea are editorial opinion based on the sources shown on each page: the hosts’ published terms, independent measurements we cite by name and date, and our own checks. Our [methodology](https://hostidea.com/methodology) explains how scores are built. The content is information to help you choose a hosting provider; it is not legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any particular service.

## Accuracy

We try to make every figure traceable: each one carries its source and the date we read it, and the [host data files](https://hostidea.com/data) behind the pages are public. Prices, plans and terms change on the hosts’ sites without notice, and measurements describe the period they were taken in. We do not guarantee that anything on the site is current, complete or error-free. Check the host’s own pages before you buy, and tell us through the [contact page](https://hostidea.com/contact) when you find a mistake; corrections are published with their date.

## Hosting companies and affiliate links

The hosting services we review are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not a party to any contract between you and a host and are not responsible for their services, prices or support. Some links to hosts are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them, as described in our [disclosure](https://hostidea.com/disclosure). Commissions do not change scores or rankings.

## Using our content and data

You may quote from the site and cite our figures, with attribution to HostIdea and a link to the page the material comes from. The host data files published at [/data](https://hostidea.com/data) may be reused freely, including commercially, on the same condition: attribute HostIdea and link to the source page. Republishing whole articles or reviews, or presenting our content as your own, needs written permission. The names and logos of hosting companies belong to their owners and appear here to identify the services reviewed.

## No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, DM Research Labs, LLC excludes all warranties about the site and its content and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any decision you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
